How do I get rid of these bugs that seem to like my house plants?

So I have a lot of house plants and for a while now there have been these tiny little flying bugs around. I have tried using dish soap and I have raided my house like crazy and now I am using this spray that is suppose to kill on the bugs on contact but its not. I have a shipment of flowers coming soon and I don't want them to be overtaken with these bugs. Any advice would be great. Thanks.
