Christians/muslims who leave nasty comments on the internet, are they just nasty people?

Neither a good christian nor a good muslim would go around, wasting God given time, downing someone through a youtube video, and sadly I see it all the time by both parties. I am a Muslim, and sometimes I am appalled by some of the things my fellow muslims say, totally against representing the Muslim community well. And this goes for Christians too. It just seems to me, that being humble means nothing to most people anymore.
