Excell 2003, my main drop down menu bar disappeared?

I am using Excel 2003 and my main drop down menu bar disappeared. This happened to me once before but I can't remember how I got it back. I thought there was a hotkey that magically made it reappear, but I can't seem to hit on it. PLEASE HELP!
