I borrowed a Blu-ray Disc from my friend ,and I want put the movie on my iPod touch,any suggestion?

But I don't want any damage to the disc ,because it's my friend's. I need a freeware ,I don't know when I would use it again ,if some software has a trial ,it's OK ,but no watermark! Thank you!
