Do you think the Texas School Board is correct to remove Thomas Jefferson from the teachings on Enlightenment?

Jefferson wrote the declaration of independence, and in order to understand what an important and influential work it is, you have to know something about Jefferson and the enlightenment ideas that he subscribed to. At the same time, the school board added Phyllis Schafly - who is not a significant figure.
